Our school boasts a team of excellent teachers, who are taking the lead with lofty professional ethics and superior ability. They are cooperative and enterprising.
The junior middle school now has 63 full-time teachers. 25 of them have an intermediate or advanced professional title. Among them, 56 are bachelors and 1 has a master’s degree. 19 of them have become excellent teachers or head teachers because they have demonstrated a mastery of teaching and management in our district. In addition, the school has 4 exemplary teachers that have taken the lead in their respective fields, and 8 have attended further teachers’ training at provincial level or taken courses towards obtaining their master’s degrees.
The senior middle school now has 112 full-time teachers. 65 of them have an intermediate or advanced professional title. Among them, 109 are bachelors and 5 have master’s degree. 21 of them have become excellent teachers or head teachers because they have demonstrated a mastery of teaching and management in our district. In addition, the school has 21 exemplary teachers that have taken the lead in their respective fields, and 22 have attended further teachers’ training at provincial level or taken courses towards obtaining their master’s degrees.
Special attention is paid to the training of young teachers via the “Qin-Lan Project”. More than 40 have made substantial achievements in the teaching skill contest at the city or district level. The promotion of the young teachers lays a sound foundation for the sustainable development of the school. |
